I am currently looking for Lindisfarne sheet music or songbooks
Referably with guitar, bass and harmonica parts.
Does anyone have lying around they no longer need or want and are willing to sell them.
I am willing to pay a reasonable amount as i am trying to get a few of the songs going for my folk band.

cheers,

I've a copy of all the ones which were printed- but unfortunately no spare copies!  However, if there's any you want- and given they're all out of print- I have a scanner handy!  Copies do come up on E-Bay from time to time so that's worth checking.

Only "Run for Home" is available from a seller at the moment.

From memory the complete list is:-

"Lindisfarne" which contains several, but not all, of the songs from "Nicely Out Of Tune" and "Fog On The Tyne".  It's piano/vocal with guitar chords.

A sheet music book of the entire "Dingly Dell" album, again piano/vocal with guitar chords.

A songbook of "Roll On Ruby" (containing the songs not written by Craddock/Gibson plus "No Time To Lose" and "Waiting"), this one melody line and guitar chords.

There's also a book of "Pipedream" missing out ""Song For A Windmill" but adding "Drinking Song". Melody line and guitar chords.

Lastly, there's single sheets of "Run For Home" and also "Fog On The Tyne- Revisited"!! .

No problem Tom- always happy to encourage the continuing performance of the band's songs!

Apologies for resurrecting this thread after so long but I went to see Lindisfarne last week for the first time since Alan Hull passed.  I had resisted the temptation up to now as I didn't think the band could come up to my expectations without so many of the original members.

However, Dave Hull-Denholm was definitely channeling Alan and did an awesome job. It was great to hear those fantastic songs performed live again and so well and it inspired me to add a few more Lindisfarne songs to my repertoire.

I've thankfully still got my original Lindisfarne and Dingly Dell songbooks purchased new in my youth for 60p and 95p respectively but wondered if anyone had a copy of the sheet music for Run For Home and One World they would kindly scan and email to me.  If so I'd be very grateful.

Many thanks in anticipation

Kewa

Apologies for my delayed response but have been very busy over Christmas and the New Year! I have now scanned my copy of the long out-of-print "Run For Home" sheet music so if you could PM me your E-mail address I will forward you the .pdf file.  I would also like to play "One World" (which has never been issued on official sheet music) on the piano so have set myself a target of transcribing it!
All the best, Derek
